The Story So Far

My food journey began in professional kitchens, where I learned the foundations of cooking, flavour, and service. But my pizza story really started at home. During the 2020 lockdown, looking for a creative outlet (and a way to earn some extra cash), I fired up our kitchen oven and began making pizzas for my whole neighbourhood. It quickly became a local lifeline! People would collect pizzas and head off for riverside picnics, and the buzz started to grow.

Word spread fast, especially through Instagram, and before long we’d built up a proper following. That gave me the confidence to take the leap and open my first site at The Blue Moon in 2021. From there, things snowballed: we opened at The Portland Arms in 2023, then Douce Heights in 2024, and in July 2025 our first London site launched at Blondies Brewery. Along the way, we’ve also popped up at pizza parties and office lunches, keeping that same community spirit alive.

Being inclusive has always been at the heart of what we do. That’s why everything on the menu is vegetarian and vegan, made with homemade ingredients, from the sourdough starter to our tarragon & garlic dip that everyone loves. For me, pizza should be something everyone can enjoy.

Five years on, what started as a backyard lockdown project has grown into a community of pubs, venues, and pizza lovers across Cambridge and London. The focus hasn’t changed: quality ingredients, playful flavour combos, and pizza that doesn’t take itself too seriously.
